StayWell Restoration was built by Alicia Riordan and Brian Miller, two leaders united by a shared purpose: creating healthier homes and restoring peace of mind for Florida families.
Alicia brings decades of experience in HVAC, building science, and mold remediation leadership, along with a deeply personal understanding of how indoor environments can impact health. Her compassion, technical expertise, and hands-on approach shape the heart of our work.
Brian, a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, brings a foundation of discipline, integrity, and mission-driven service. His background in Emergency and Incident Management includes responses to some of the Nation’s largest environmental disasters. His skills in organizational leadership, risk management, and complex problem-solving ensures that every project is handled with precision, accountability, and care.
Together, Alicia and Brian lead StayWell Restoration with a simple belief: every family deserves a safe, healthy home. Their combined experience which is rooted in empathy, science, and service, guides every decision we make and every homeowner we help.

A driven leader, mother, and passionate advocate for healthier homes, Alicia blends technical knowledge, real-world experience, and genuine care for every family she serves. She leads with curiosity, compassion, and an unwavering desire to do what’s right, guided by her own personal experience with mold-related health challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Florida’s springs, beaches, and trails with her daughters and their energetic dog.
